发明名称 MANUFACTURE OF COPPER-MOLYBDENUM COMPOSITE ELECTRODE MATERIAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To enable to obtain simply a composite electrode material having superior peel resistance, etc. by a method wherein the surfaces of an Mo plate are made rough, and a composite plate formed by arranging with copper plates on the respective surfaces of the Mo plate made rough is rolled in the specified atmosphere and condition. CONSTITUTION:A roughing process of a surface to roughness of 5-30mum on an average is performed at least to one surface of an Mo plate 2. Then the Mo plate 2 is put between copper plates 1, and spot weldings 3 are performed to the neighborhood of the left edge of the copper plates 1 and to the neighborhood of the left edge of the Mo plate 2 to fix temporarily the fellow copper plates 1, and the copper plates 1 and the Mo plate 2. Rolling processings of the plural number of times are performed to the composite plate 4 thereof heating at 700- 950 deg.C in a hydrogen gas or an inactive gas atmosphere having oxygen content of 500ppm or less in this condition to manufacture the copper.Mo composite electrode material. The copper.Mo composite electrode material manufactured in such a way has superior peel resistance, and moreover, no warp is generated during employment.
