PURPOSE:To reduce tube movements by half as well as to aim at miniaturization, by setting up a timing belt, whose one side is locked to a fixed base and a driver to the other side, respectively, in a rotatable pulley at both ends of a tube moving up and down with a fixed base shaft as the shaft center. CONSTITUTION:When air enters out of an air port 3, it passes through a rod 4 and flows into a tube 5, and the tube 5 goes down with the rod 4 as the shaft center due to air pressure whereby a bracket 6 also goes down. At this time, since a timing belt 7 is checked of its movement by a fixed bracket 8 and a fixed plate 9, a pulley 10 goes down as being rotated, and since a DV holder 11 is also locked to the belt 7 by a fixed plate 12, it also goes down together. Here at, the fixed plate 12 moves as many as twice a travel distance of the pullery 10 so that the DV holder 11 moves as many as two times over the tube 5. And simultaneously with a descent of the holder 11, a screwdriver 13 goes down and screws down. Thus, tube movements become halved to a screwing stroke so that a screwing machine is miniaturized. |
