PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing bagasse powder as a favorable functional dietary fiber which deteriorates, on a powder processing occasion, neither the aesthetic appearance thereof owing to discoloration nor the material flavor thereof.SOLUTION: The provided method for manufacturing bagasse powder includes: a crude crushing step of crudely crushing bagasse with a crude crusher; a first drying step of drying the crudely crushed bagasse being air-transported by a wind force generated from the crude crusher at the crude crushing step; a second drying step of blowing the bagasse subjected to the first drying step into a dryer and drying it with hot air fed from outside the dryer; and a third drying step of blowing the bagasse subjected to the second drying step into a fine crusher, and drying it while finely crushing it with an air stream generated by a rotor rotated at a high speed in the interior of the fine crusher. |
