<p>A temperature controller applied to flat heating equipment, such as an electric blanket, is disclosed wherein power supply control to a heater wire in the blanket is performed, using a predetermined temperature as a target temperature which is corrected to be higher than a desired temperature preset by a user, in an initial period after the electric blanket is started. Power supply to the heater wire is temporarily increased, thereby rapidly warming the blanket, which has a low heat conductivity, and shortening the time interval until the blanket is heated to the desired temperature.</p> |
