PURPOSE:To produce simultaneously plural products having uniform and good quality by using an inlet part and distributor for a molten to form the distributing grooves to be exclusively used for respective cavities and distributing and fillig simultaneously the molten metal into the plural cavities through such distributing grooves. CONSTITUTION:The molten metal is poured into an injection sleeve 6 and a plunger 7 is slid in the sleeve 6. The molten metal arrives at the front end of the sleeve 6 and the inlet part 10 between the opposite ends of the distributor 8. The molten metal enters the inside of the distributing grooves 11, 12 to be exclusively used for the respective cavities delineated to the right and left from said part. The molten metal distributed and introduced into the grooves 11, 12 enters divergent runners 15, 16 from runner apertures 15a, 16a and enters the cavities 13, 14 via the connecting path. The molten metal is thus filled under the pressure to the plural cavities 13, 14 under approximately the same conditions. The uniform casting to good quality is thereby accomplished. |
