The present invention relates to a motor operated valve (MOV) actuator performance tester with a LOCA chamber so as to test performance of an electric component installed in power generation facilities and, more specifically, relates to a MOV actuator performance tester with a LOCA chamber, wherein a MOV actuator is installed in a LOCA chamber to perform a required performance test. To achieve this, the present invention provides the MOV actuator performance tester with a LOCA chamber, which comprises: a LOCA chamber (10); a MOV actuator (20); a torque meter (30); and a load applying means.
