The present invention relates to a method for vegetating a rock or soil slope surface by using a net hose, and to a vegetation slope system using the same. The method comprises the steps of: deposing a moisture supplying and moisturizing means which continuously contains moisture while actively supply moisture to an infertile land or an area requiring slope reinforcement or slope afforestation; and depositing vegetation seeds. The moisture supplying and moisturizing means is a net hose, in which the outside of the net hose is a porous circular hose and a suctioning unit capable of suctioning external materials is included in the porous circular hose. According to the present invention, moisture is more continuously supplied when a slope is afforested, and rainwater is collected during a rainfall and can be used in moisturizing the slope. Moreover, slope afforestation using wildly growing native plants can also be performed.
