PURPOSE:To make tooth thickness alterable at will independent of regrinding of cutting edges, by coupling a disclike body installing cutting edges on a tooth surface on the other side solidly with another disclike body installing cutting edges on a paired one side tooth surface free of relative rotation. CONSTITUTION:Only one side tooth surface in paired tooth surfaces is formed in a body 1 whereby a part equivalent to a tooth part is made up in a form halving the tooth part of an ordinary shaving cutter in both tooth depth and trace directions. Therefore, tow bodies 1 are prepared for, superposing them each other in the reverse direction, and they are solidly coupled with each other with a bolt and a nut, then relative rotational phase in these two bodies 1 is shifted to some extent whereby even if regrinding of cutting edges 2 takes place, an interval of each tooth surface is always made keepable in constant. |
