PURPOSE:To efficiently separate an oil component and moisture, by delaying a flow speed as waste water is going to the separation chamber in the side of a waste water outlet from a waste water inlet. CONSTITUTION:The plane areas of a plurality of separation chambers are made large successively from a waste water inlet 4 toward a waste water outlet 5 by forming said separation chambers in a concentric circular form to delay the flow speed of waste water flowing through the separation chambers 3. That is, when waste water is flowed into the separation chambers from the exhaust water inlet 4, it passes through the separation chambers 3 successively, and an oil component O and water W are separated in the separation chambers 3 by the difference of specific gravity and waste water, from which the oil component O is removed is discharged from the waste water outlet 5. In this case, because partition walls 2 are provided at almost equal intervals in the diameter direction, the plane areas of the separation chambers 3 become large from the side of the waste water inlet 4 toward the side of the waste water outlet 5 and the flow speed of waste water successively becomes slow from the side of the waste water inlet 4 toward the side of the waste water outlet 5 and the oil component O can be separated efficiently.
