PURPOSE:To make an arranged structure of a lead wire small and simple by providing a flange part on the outside peripheral part of a solid-state electrolyte installed to a partition wall, and providing the lead wire so as to pass airtightly through this flange part. CONSTITUTION:In the middle part of the base end side of a solid-state electrolyte 40 for forming a main body of an oxygen sensor, an annular thick-walled flange part 46 is formed as one body in a state projected to the outside, and to the outside peripheral part of this flange part 46, annular metallic fittings 48 consisting of stainless steel are installed airtightly. Also, a lead wire 56 for supplying a power to an electric heater 52, a lead wire for fetching a temperature signal from a thermocouple, etc. are provided on this flange part 46 by passing therethrough. |
