PURPOSE:To save the consumption of atmospheric gas and to obtain the titled device with high sealability by opening a damper which is formed at the outside of the opening part of a furnace body, and reusing by circulation of the atmospheric gas which is sucked in from a suction port in the vicinity of an inlet and outlet port of a material to be heated. CONSTITUTION:The gas which is sucked in from suction ports 8a, 9a, 8b, and 9b by operating a circulating fan 10 is forced into chambers 5a and 5b, ejected from ejection nozzles 6a, 7a, 6b, and 7b, and jetted against both surfaces of a material 2 to be heated. Consequently, static pressure regions are formed between the nozzles 6a and 7a and between the nozzles 6b and 7b, and a strong sealing action is exhibited. The gas ejected from the nozzles 6a, 7a, 6b, and 7b is sucked by the suction ports 8a, 9a, 8b, and 9b, and circulated. At this time, the pressure of the atmospheric gas is detected by a pressure gage 12, and the detected value is compared with a desired value of the pressure which is preset to a furnace pressure setting device 13. A command is given to a cylinder 15 to correct the deviation, and the opening degree of dampers 11a and 11b is regulated. |
