PURPOSE:To improve the utilizing efficiency of a processor, by performing the exclusive control of two tasks produced in the course of processing by means of a POST/WAIT macro instruction having a processing step smaller than that of an ENQ/DEQ macro instruction. CONSTITUTION:A detecting section 11 which detects whether or not tasks required for the same resource are two in number is provided at the inside of a multi-task detecting section 11 which performs multi-task detection. If it is detected that commonly used tasks are two in number, a resource securement detecting section 12 operates and the presence of resource securement is checked. When no resource securement is made, the resource securement detecting section 12 operates a WAIT processing section 13 and processes a WAIT macro instruction.
