PURPOSE:To monitor and make an error report on data of a slave side main storage device, namely, data of a main storage device to be copied operating under the copying mode and to stabilize a control system, by providing a main storage periodically starting circuit and an error detecting and reporting circuit in a main storage device. CONSTITUTION:Main storage periodically starting circuits 3 and 3' and error detecting and reporting circuits 5 and 5' are respectively provided in main storage devices 2 and 2' in addition to ordinary memory circuits 8 and 8'. The main storage periodically starting circuit 3' periodically (e.g. at a fresh cycle) starts a RAM controlling circuit 7' and outputs a readout request to a RAM4'. The data read out from the RAM4' are inputted in the error detecting and reporting circuit 5' and existence of errors is checked. If an error is detected by the circuit 5', it is informed to a central controller 1 through a central controller interface circuit 6'. |
