PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide resin particles which are obtained by using a resin having high dissolubility and dispersibility into a fluid in a liquid state or a supercritical state, and a fluid in a liquid state or a supercritical state, have a sufficiently narrow particle size distribution, and have excellent low-temperature meltability.SOLUTION: A resin (g) has a monomer (m1) as an essential constituent monomer, has a ratio of 35 wt.% or more of the monomer (m1) based on the weight of the resin (g), and satisfies the following conditions 1 and 2: [condition 1] a dissolving amount of the resin (g) into a hexane/acetone mixed medium (mixed weight ratio=76/24) at 30°C is 15 wt.% or more; and [condition 2] a number average molecular weight of the monomer (m1) is 100 or more and 30,000 or less, and a solubility parameter (SP value) of the monomer (m1) is 7.0-9.5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
