PURPOSE:To improve combustion efficiency, by a method wherein a burner hole is formed in the center of a stock tray, air holes, through which a secondary air is introduced, are provided in the outer peripheral part of a burner, and a flow rectifier plate has an air passage formed at its center between the plate and the outer periphery of the burner. CONSTITUTION:A stock tray 14 is provided at its center with a burner hole 17 having an inner diameter similar to the outer periphery of a burner 11, and is at its outer peripheral part with secondary air holes 18. A flow rectifier plate 15 is provided at its center with an escape hole 19 which forms an air passage between the escape hole and the outer periphery of the burner 11. The flow rectifier plate 15 is placed on the stock tray 14, and a kettle holder 16 is placed on the flow rectifier plate 15. A secondary air, fed to the burner 11, is fed, as shown by an arrow mark (a), to the burner 11 after passage of the secondary air through the air hole 18 of the stock tray 14 along the under surface of the flow rectifier plate 15. Combustion gas is discharged after passage along the upper surface of the flow rectifier plate 15 as shown by an arrow mark (b). This causes the passage of the secondary air to be partitioned from that of combustion gas by means of the flow rectifier plate 15, resulting in prevention of the occurrence of turbulence between the secondary air and the combustion gas. |
