PURPOSE:To obtain an electrical steel sheet with superior workability and work efficiency by improving the iron loss of steel sheets by a prescribed method, putting one of the steel sheets on the other with an adhesive resin in-between, and press-bonding them together under heating at a prescribed temp. CONSTITUTION:A microstrain is imposed on the surface of a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet of 0.1-0.2mm. thickness having a high tension insulating film to reduce the width of the magnetic domain. An adhesive resin is applied to the surface of the steel sheet with improved iron loss, and after drying the resin at <=550 deg.C, another steel sheet with improved iron loss is put on the dried resin. They are press-bonded together under heating at <=550 deg.C. By this method a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet for a laminated iron core with very small iron loss is obtd. The steel sheet has superior workability and work efficiency. |
