PURPOSE:To make the titled scanner small in size by decreasing the number of parts, and also to improve its earthquake-proof property by providing plural photodetectors having each different detecting wavelength band in accordance with one scanning direction, and making a phase shift between its output signals coincide with each other at time intervals. CONSTITUTION:With respect to an object 1, a horizontal scan in the directions H1-Hn and a vertical scan in the directions V1-Vn following up said scan are executed by a scanning and condensing system 2, photodetectors 21-2n having each different detecting wavelength band are provided in the vertical scanning direction of its focal position, and delaying circuits 41-4n are connected to its each output end through amplifiers 31-3n. In this state, detecting signals S2, S3... from the detectors 22, 23... are delayed by one horizontal scanning time and two horizontal scanning time, respectively, and phases of the signals S1, S2, S3... are made uniform. |
