PURPOSE:To form a resin film having a desired thickness, by using a tank formed of a dielectric material as a fluidized one and heating the article immersed in the fluidized tank by induction heating outside the tank. CONSTITUTION:A fluidized tank 10 is formed of a dielectric material such as plastic and a floor 12 having a large number of air blow-in apertures 13 and an air introducing port 14 are provided to the bottom part of said tank 10 while a heating apparatus 20 comprising a coil 16 is arranged so as to surround the outside of the fluidized tank 10. After an article 24 to be coated is immersed in the paint 22 in the fluidized tank 10, a current is supplied to the coil 16 to heat said tank 10 from outside by induction heating. By this method, even a resin narrow in the difference between melting temp. and decomposition temp. is formed into a resin film with a desired thickness.
