PURPOSE:To facilitate mounting and dismounting, remove generation of flaw on the surface without requirement of a mounting jig and to improve efficient grinding of high quality product by having a fiber to be magnetized container in a plastic member and enabling it to be fixed with an electromagnetic chuck. CONSTITUTION:A fiber to be magnetized is such a carbon fiber, glass fiber or amide fiber coated by ferromagnetic metal like nickel, cobalt, iron or alloy or compound of these metal, or alloy or compound of manganese and chrome, or ferromagnetic material of diameter of about 100 micron or less. Plastic is epoxy resin or phenol resin as thermosetting resin, and polyamide, polyethylene polypropyrene, polystyrene are used as thermoplastic resin. It is desirable that the amount of fiber to be magnetized which is to be contained in the plastic is Vf% or so in 10-75 volume.
