PURPOSE:To provide carbonated water having good quality, by providing a float type partition plate floating or precipitating corresponding to the concn. of carbonic acid in carbonated water in a carbonated water storage tank and providing an outtake port between the partition plate and the bottom surface of a hermetically closed tank. CONSTITUTION:Stored carbonated water is increased in concn. of carbonic acid and saturated and, because the specific gravity of carbonated water increases according to the change in the concn. thereof, a float type partition plate 11 is floated to the surface of carbonated water from below. Next, stored carbonated water is taken out from an outtake pipe 8 according to necessity but, because carbonated water blow the float type partition plate 11 is preferentially taken out, sufficiently saturated good quality carbonated water can be supplied. When the water level is fallen by taking out carbonated water, a water level sensor 5 issues a signal to again supply pressurized water. Because the float type partition plate 11 is present at a proper position according to the specific gravity of carbonated water, saturated carbonated water is not mixed with recirculated pressurized water.
