PURPOSE:To contrive to improve blast capability and to improve heat exchange efficiency by a method wherein outer periphery blades along the mount part of the blades are provided at one side or both sides of an outer periphery plate. CONSTITUTION:For instance, in a clothes dryer, when an impeller 20 having a wave type thin plate blade 11 is rotated, the flows of circulating air 27 and cooling air 28 are generated. Circulating air 27 for drying is heated by a heater 25, and heats clothes in a drum 18 and flows again towards the heater 25 through a duct 24. Cooling air 28 is absorbed from outside of a blower and is discharged again outside of it through a duct 26. Heating air and cooling air flow two surfaced grooved parts of the blade 11 side by side putting a thin plate between, and circulating air 27 is cooled and dehumidified, contained moistures being condensed. Since an outer periphery blade 16 is provided along the mounted part of the blade 11, the diameter of the blower increases as far as l=B-A, and the air flow is increased. Accordingly, the circulating air 27 volume is increased, and the heat exchange speed between clothes and circulating air 27 is increased, and the drying time can be reduced, and the heat exchange efficiency is also improved. |
