PURPOSE:To enhance the heat exchange efficiency by a structure wherein the parallel passages of a fin, the sectional areas of which are changed in order to give the lead-in primary fluid and secondary fluid the predetermined flow speed distribution due to static pressure loss, are provided. CONSTITUTION:The parallel passages of a fin 1 is provided such that its sectional areas are changed in order to give the lead-in primary fluid and secondary fluid the predetermined flow speed distribution due to static pressure loss. Concretely, the pitch P of the fin 1 is formed to become continuously and gradually smaller from one side toward the other side of the fin. The side of the fin, the pitch P at which is smaller, is set to be the lead-out port sides of the primary fluid M and of the secondary fluid N. The change of the pitch P of a fin consisting of a heat exchange element causes the change of the pressure losses of parallel passages 1a, resulting in making the speed distributions of the fluids M and N in order to flow a large amount of fluid to portions with higher heat exchange efficiency. |
