The present invention relates to an online secondhand product trade and, more specifically, to a trade system and a trade method using the same in which a seller provides an image of a secondhand product to a mediation server according to a photographing guideline set by the mediation server, and the mediation server provides a secondhand product, whose price is set based on compliance to the guideline among information such as a secondhand product image, etc., to a purchaser. According to the present invention, since a trade is accomplished only for secondhand products which satisfy adequate guidelines, a reliable trade of a secondhand product can be realized and the seller can receive a sell amount quickly. The trade system according to the present invention comprises a seller client, a product mediation server, an inspector terminal, and a purchaser client. The inspector terminal transmits price data, which is calculated for a secondhand product, to a product mediation server based on information on the corresponding secondhand product, according to whether an image for the secondhand product, which is provided from the seller client through the product mediation server, satisfies regulations of a photographing guideline.
