The present invention relates to a learnable emergency detection system which detects a fire, an earthquake and others, and transmits alarm messages. An emergency detecting server receives data from various types of sensors. When a signal equal to or more than a value set by an administrator of spaces and facilities is transmitted, the server transmits the alarm message. When the alarm message is transmitted, the facility administrator connects the message to an input value of the multi-sensor, evaluates the kinds and the degree of risks, inputs and saves the evaluated result, repeatedly updates conditions of the alarm message generation, a setting value and others, and controls the content of the alarm message and a transmission range according to the degree of risks. |
