PURPOSE:To recovery the energy possessed by a high pressure liquid as a power with good efficiency, by connecting a bottom part to a high pressure liquid supply line and a reduced pressure liquid supply line respectively through a high pressure liquid supply valve and a reduced pressure liquid supply valve. CONSTITUTION:In a liquid discharge process, gas is raised in pressure to a degree corresponding to the fixed loss of a piping system by the action of a gas flowing device 21 and supplied to a pressure reducing tower 1 and a low pressure side gas liquid separation tower 15 while a reduced pressure liquid is transferred to the low pressure side gas-liquid separation tower 15 from the pressure reducing tower 1. A coal slutty, of which the pressure is raised by a coal slurry booster pump 29, is supplied to a pressure increasing tower 17 from a tank 24 through a reduced pressure liquid supply valve 18. When a predetermined amount of the reduced pressure liquid in the pressure reducing tower 1 is discharged after a predetermined time was elapsed, a reduced pressure liquid discharge valve 5 and the reduced pressure liquid supply valve 18 are fully opened to complete the liquid discharge process and, at the same time, a line change- over valve 22 is opened and a second gas flow control valve 2a begins to gradually open toward a full open state to start the next process. |
