PURPOSE:The titled lubricated steel plate, obtained by coating a steel plate with a lubricating composition containing an ester of a specific fatty acid with a polyhydric alcohol, etc. and a sulfonium barium salt as a rust inhibitor, and having improved press workability, temporary rust preventing property and degreasing property. CONSTITUTION:A lubricated steel plate obtained by coating a steel plate with a lubricating composition, containing (A) >=60% ester of a 12-22C fatty acid with a polyhydric alcohol or monohydric alcohol having <1.0, preferably <0.8 acid value and (B) >=3% sulfonate barium salt as a rust inhibitor, and having 40- 65 deg.C melting point within 0.5-2.0g/m<2> coating weight range. Before coating a steel plate coated with a lubricant, oil can be easily separated only by heating a waste liquor formed in removing the lubricant with a degreasing solution, and the separated degreasing solution can be reused.
