THERMALLY DECOMPOSABLE RESIN COMPOSITION

PURPOSE:A composition that contains alpha-methylstyrene units and styrene units at a specific ratio, thus showing good moldability and high decomposability with heat. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition contains 30-90pts.wt. of styrene units and 70-10pts.wt. of alpha-methylstyrene units, when the total of the styrene units and the alpha-methylstyrene units is assumed to be 100pts.wt. Individual units may constitute homopolymers or copolymers, further they may contain other copolymerizable monomers in the form of copolymers in such a range as not having adverse effects on its easy decomposability.
