PURPOSE:The titled composition is obtained by adding a compound selected from alkali or alkaline earth metal salts of lauric acids, dialkyltin bishydroxycarboxylate, thus showing high impact strength in the deirection perpendicular to the flow of the melted resin. CONSTITUTION:To 100pts.wt. of a butadiene copolymer, are added 0.001-5pts. wt., preferably 0.01-2pts.wt. of one or more selected from compounds of formula Me[OCO(CH<2>)10CH3]n, (R)2Sn(OCOCmH2mOH)2, (R)2Sn(OCOm H2m-2OH)2 [Me is alkali or alkaline earth metal; R is alkyl of ClH2l+1 (l is 1-12), Cl,H2l,+1 alkenyl (l' is 2-12); n is l, 2; m is 1-31). The butadiene copolymer used is, e.g., ABS or MBS resin.
