PURPOSE:To reduce power consumption when a motor is not moved by effectively continuously varying at least one of drive currents. CONSTITUTION:A duty generator 201 fundamentally generates a drive signal at outputs 1-4 at the timings of signals S1-S4, and the outputs 1-4 are supplied through buffer amplifiers 202-205 to drive coils 206a, 206b, 206c, 206d. A rotor magnet 204 is driven by the coils in one or two phases, and driven in throttling. Electricity-saving effect can be obtained by reducing a winding current after a considerable time is elapsed from the time when the throttling arrives at a target value. |
