PURPOSE:To easily package and register a program in a system by providing the 1st command group for indicating the transfer and registration of the 1st program to the 2nd storage part and the 2nd instruction group for indicating the transfer of the 1st command group to the 2nd storage part. CONSTITUTION:A job catalog 2 and a user program file 3 are stored in a disk device 1 and a newly generated user program 5 and a job catalog 6 are stored on a floppy disk 4; and the program 5 is packaged in the disk 1 and registered in the file 3. In this case, when a control part 8 actuates the catalog 2 with a start command S from a system console 7, the catalog 6 is transferred to the disk 1 and its identification code ID001 is registered in the catalog 2; and the program 5 is transferred to the disk 1 on the start of it and its identification code ID081 is registered in the file 3.
