PURPOSE:To supervise a lot of supervised objects in common and to measure various physical quantities with high accuracy by adopting the portable equipment and applying contactless supervision to the supervised objects. CONSTITUTION:When the equipment reaches the specified position with a guide by pulleys 11, 12 along a rail 14 by a driver 10 according to the predetermined schedule, a proper irradiating device is selected, a microwave is irradiated on an object 8 and an infrared ray is irradiated on an object 9 according to the prescribed schedule, the receiver 5 of the former receives the reflected wave to measure the level of liquid of a tank 8 and a supervisory equipment 7 of the latter receives the two-dimensional temperature distribution of the object 9 by means of the infrared ray and each measured value and the picture are transmitted from an antenna 13. After the end of measurement, the equipment is moved to the next object. When the equipment reaches the specified position, the laser ray is irradiated to the object from the irradiating device 20 to measure the vibration of a shaft 15.
