PURPOSE:To provide a low cost, compact titled device by connecting the output shaft which is supported at angle in the front and rear walls of the case to the output large gear through a universal coupling. CONSTITUTION:The front end of the output shaft 29 is supported through a front tapered bearing 31 by the inner shaft supporting tube which is a rearward, inclined extension from the front wall 16a of the case 16, and the rear end of the output shaft 29 is likewise supported through a rear tapered bearing 33 by the outer shaft supporting tube 32 which is the rearward, inclined extension from the rear case cover 17. The output large gear 35 has in it a universal joint 36, and a transmission ball 37 is in a sliding contact with the inner circumference of the output large gear 35. In this constitution, the output large gear 35 doubles as the outer part of the universal joint 36, and the inner part 38 is attached to the output shaft 29.
