摘要 PURPOSE:To perform the acceptance judgement of a deflection amount with high accuracy and high efficiency, by picking up the image of a rotor during rotation from the tangential direction and automatically measuring the deflection amount based on the image signal showing the shadow of the shaft surface shape containing the circumference part of the rotor obtained at this time. CONSTITUTION:A rotor 1 is transferred to a measuring position by a rotor transfer part and the rotary shaft thereof is pivotally supported by bearings 14, 15 of a positional determination part and receives rotary driving by a friction wheel 10. An ITV camera 6 and an illumination lamp 13 hold the same optical axis 34 is common. This optical axis 34 is provided so as to be coincided with the tangential line of the circumferential part of the disc 1b of the rotor 1. The ITV camera 6 picks up the image of the shaft cross section-containing shadow contour of the circumferential part of the disc 1b irradiated by the illumination lamp 13. The image signal of the ITV camera 6 is inputted to an operation control part and the deflection amount of the rotor 1 is operated based on this image.
