PURPOSE:To operate the electric motor securely on optimum condition by connecting a dummy to a solar battery intermittently and starting the electric motor when its output voltage attains to a specific voltage. CONSTITUTION:The output voltage of the solar battery 3 is converted reversely by a main circuit into an alternating current to drive the electric motor 1. In this case, a voltage detecting device 7 is provided in parallel to the solar battery 3 together with the 2nd switch 10 and the load device 8 consisting of the 1st switch and a resistance, etc., is provided in parallel to the detecting device 7. Then when the electric motor 1 is started, the 1st switch 9 is closed and the 2nd switch 10 is operated in sampling wise. The output voltage of the solar battery 3 at this time is detected by the detecting device 7 and when this is higher than the specific voltage, a start switch 5 is closed to start the controller 4 and the 1st switch 9 is opened to disconnect a load device 8. In this case, the detecting circuit 7 samples and detects the output voltage of the solar battery 3 after driving. |
