The present invention provides a vehicle capable of neutralizing and removing static electricity of a power device connected to a driving motor. The vehicle comprises: a power control device having at least any one of an inverter and a converter; the driving motor to output torque by receiving power from the power control device; a car body which is maintained as an insulation state regarding a road surface; a case main body to accommodate the power control device; a case member which is insulated from the case main body unit or is connected in the state with high electrical resistance; and a self-discharge anti-static device to neutralize, remove and reduce a positive potential of the case member by self-discharge capable of generating a negative air ion to the air according to the positive potential charged to the case member.
