The present invention provides a vacuum tube hybrid headphone amplifier to minimize attenuation and phase distortion in a high frequency band. The vacuum tube hybrid headphone amplifier comprises: an audio input unit receiving an audio signal from an external device; a vacuum tube unit primarily amplifying the audio signal and including a vacuum tube; a transistor unit secondarily amplifying the primarily amplified audio signal and including a transistor; a power unit supplying current to the vacuum tube unit and the transistor unit, and including a constant current source; and an audio output unit outputting the audio signal of the transistor unit.
