PURPOSE:To bend economically and surely terminals of electronic parts by arraying a cam which moves the electronic parts to a prescribed position, a cam which stops the parts, a cam which retains the terminals of the electronic parts and a cam which bends the terminals to the same fulcrum shaft. CONSTITUTION:The fulcrum shaft 5 is fixed to the revolving shaft 4 of a motor 3 attached to the bottom surface of a substrate 1 and the 1st cam 6, the 2nd cam 7, the 3rd cam 8 and the 4th cam 9 are arrayed to the shaft 5. The 1st cam 6 revolves to transfer the electronic parts by each piece to the downstream via a belt 44. The 4th cam 9 revolves to release the stop of a stopper pin 32 by a cam follower 59 and to release the stop of the electronic parts. The 2nd cam 7 presses the terminals of the electronic parts into the recess for forming. The 3rd cam 8 presses a bending pin 66 into the recess for forming to bend the terminals of the electronic parts into a V-shape. The bending operation is thus speeded up by the simple constitution.
