PURPOSE:To elevate an extruding speed and also smoothness of an inner surface by injecting shielding and cooling gases from dies and guide part when a billet is extruded from the opening part between dies and a guide part of a mandrel. CONSTITUTION:A forming device of an extruding material is installed open to at least one part of a dies 13 fitted to the tip part of a container in which a billet 11 is filled, a mandrel 15 which a guide part 21 of the tip part is inserted thereto, a hollow stem, the dies 13 or the guide part 21 and is formed of injecting ports 23, 25 injecting shielding and cooling gases for the billet 11. The billet 11 is then extruded from the gap part between the dies 13 and guide part 21 and a mandrel pipe 14 is cooled from the inner face and outer face.
