PURPOSE:To shorten a drawing time by drawing a figure while omitting parts projecting out of a screen. CONSTITUTION:The NC device consists of a CPU1, memory 2, controller 3 and console panel part 1, CRT controller 5 and CRT display device 7, etc., and input data are supplied from the panel part 10 to make a graphic display on the CRT display device 7. A graphic display of actual cutting is drawn corresponding to the screen and a tool track. Thus, a real-time drawing mode and a graphic independent drawing mode are switched, and parts 23 and 24 projecting out of the screen of the CRT display device 7 are omitted as shown in a figure to perform the movement of the shortest distance 28, thereby shortening the drawing time.
