PURPOSE:To allow cost reduction, performance improvement, a long life of a metal mold, and production in a small facility by making a blade piece thin with no limitation for a groove width as when forming a trimming groove with nearly the same width in forming the groove of a disk to be inserted with the blade piece. CONSTITUTION:To form a groove 4a of a disk 4 to be inserted with a blade piece 3, the inside contour line 4e and a lug 4b of the disk 4 are formed in consistency with the outside counter line 4f and a notch 4c, and the trimming size of a hole 4g section is small, thus a metal mold can be made in one body, thereby it can be made strong and to have a long life. Furthermore, by crushing a height 4d formed near the outside contour 4f of the disk 4, the blade piece 3 and the disk 4 can be fixed, thereby the pressing force can be less than before, and it can be produced in a small facility. In addition, there is no limintation for the groove width as when forming a trimming groove with nearly the same width in forming the groove 4a of the disk 4, thus the blade piece 3 can be made thin, the gap between blade pieces 3 can be increased by a quantity that the blade piece 3 is made thin, and the performance is improved.
