PURPOSE:To permit to discriminate internal leakage from battery voltage drop by a method wherein a preference control unit, indicating a preferential signal in case of indicating simultaneously both of the internal leakage and the battery voltage drop, is provided and both signals having different flashing patterns are outputted. CONSTITUTION:The leakage signal from a judging unit 5 is inputted into first flash signal generating unit 6 and the preference control unit 13. On the other hand, the voltage drop signal from a voltage inspecting unit 9 is inputted into the second flash signal generating unit 14. The flash signal, generated out of the first flash signal generating unit 6, is provided with a waveform (a) while the same signal from the second flash signal generating unit 14 is provided with the waveform (b). The first flash signal from the first flash signal generating unit 6 and the second flash signal from the second flash signal generating unit 14 are inputted into the preference control unit 13. The output of the preference control unit 13 is inputted into a LED7 operating as an indicating element. |
