PURPOSE:To reduce the sound of separation by a method wherein powder is adhered to the surface of a bellows member in the bellows type actuator consisting of the bellows member, an air path member and a driving force transmitting member. CONSTITUTION:The bellows type actuator is consisting of the bellows member 8, a negative pressure introducing hose 20, a rod 6, a spring 5 and levers 3, 4 while a powder introducing port 50c is opened on the upper surface of a die mold 50 and specified amount of powder 60 is loaded into the die mold. Accordingly, the adhesion of contacting surfaces of the bellows may be prevented when the bellows member is contracted and the sound of separation, generated when the bellows is expanded, may be reduced remarkably. |
