PURPOSE:To increase the switching speed of an output and reduce power consumption, and also facilitate integration by operating an output N type transistor (TR) with a logical signal and operating an output P type TR through a current mirror circuit which operates with a logical signal. CONSTITUTION:The output circuit is provided with N type MOSTRs M1 and M2 of offset structure and P type MOSTRs M3 and M4 of offset structure. Further, the logical part composed of MOSTRs M5-M8 which have shorter channel length than the TRs M1-M4 is provided. Threshold voltages of the TRs M3 and M4 are made higher than the lowest operating voltage of the logical part and threshold voltages of the TRs M3 and M4 of the logical part are set nearly equal to or lower than threshold voltages of the TRs M5-M8 of the logical part. Then, the TRs M5-M8 are made a specific value lower in threshold voltage than the TRs M1-M4 through short-channel effect to increase the switching speed of the output and facilitate the integration of the output circuit. |
