摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To provide the titled device performing a correcting roll well by determining the rolling reduction correction values of >= two units of stands with the shape detection of the final outlet side of a continuous rolling mill, by correcting according to the timing when the same point of rolling material passes through and by preventing a new defective shape due to the correction. CONSTITUTION:A screw down position control 2 is performed with the inputs into a shape controlling unit 8 of a plate thickness detection value 6 and shape detection value 7 located at the outlet side of the final stand C of continuous rolling mills A, B, C and of the information of the reaction force 5 and rotation 4 of each rolling measurement. The rolling reduction values of >= two units of stands are properly corrected by the controlling unit 8 according to the shape 7 of the detected plate thickness 6, but by correcting rolling reduction whenever the same point of a rolling material 1 passes through each correction stand the generation of new defective shape due to the correction is prevented and the rolling material 1 is made to a good shaped product.</p>
