PURPOSE:To sufficiently detect an abnormal state, by forming a new abnormality detection index by synthetically assembling not only the calculated value (x) by a model and the observed value (y) from a practical plant but also the change degrees thereof and the difference in the change ratio. CONSTITUTION:The output (x) from a calculator 1 (model) and the observed value (y) from a measuring instrument 2 (practical plant) are respectively inputted to a subtractor 3 and, at the same time, respectively inputted to differentiation operators 4, 5, an adder 6 and a subtractor 7. The outputs of the adder 6 and the subtractor 7 are respectively inputted to the division terminal of a divider 12 and one terminal of a multiplier 13 through absolute value detectors 8, 9 and bias mounted coefficient devices 10, 11. The output of the subtractor 3 is inputted to the terminal to be divided of the divider 12 through an absolute value detector 14 and the output of the divider 12 is connected to the other input terminal of the multiplier 13 while the output of the multiplier 13 is inputted to a display apparatus 16 through a comparator 15. |
