PURPOSE:To meet the requirement of various insulations, by using one kind of wire of insulating organization which is wound up with insulating tape for improving the conductor in resin-impregnating property and insulating durability. CONSTITUTION:Strand wire 4 of a flat type conductor 2 provided with covering insulation 3 is formed. So far as the covering insulation 3 is concerned, wound inner layer 7 is made by winding up the first tape 6 for the inner layer and wound outer layer 9 is formed by winding up the second tape 8 outside the layer 7. The first tape 6 is the substance of the reinforcement member 6a of impregnated resin permeable porous material adhered to the hard calcined mica tape 6b with mixed 2-10wt% aramid hybrid. The second tape 8 is the substance of the reinforcement member 8a of synthetic resin film adhered to the collective mica tape 8b with mixed 2-10wt% aramid hybrid. |
