PURPOSE:To prevent chattering with high reliability by detecting the transmission stop of information to a communication system and inhibiting the transmission for a specific time. CONSTITUTION:An input signal from an input terminal 1a is passed through a relay contact 11a to operate a relay 3a by a relay driving circuit 5a; and a contact 9a is made to output the signal from a terminal 10 and a relay contact 11b is broken at the same time to cut off the input from a terminal 1b. The input signal from this terminal 1b is started by the output signal from the terminal 10a to appear a delay time tau1 later. When the input signal from the terminal 1a is not inputted any more, the contact 9a is broken and the contact 11a is made. At this time, a signal detecting circuit 12 compares the input signals from the terminals 1a and 1b with each other to detect the timing of the ceasing of one input signal and generates a trigger signal for a monostable multivibrator 13. This monostable multivibrator 13 outputs a pulse of time tau2 to energize a relay 15, breaking a contact 16 for the time tau2. |
