PURPOSE:To recover automatically a recovery cash without discontinuing the running of a cash dispenser by containing rejected cash in a recovery strongbox when the rejected cash is contained at the prescribed level in a cash recovery part. CONSTITUTION:When the prescribed number of paying-out in-appropriate bank notes are pooled in a reject box, a sensor 1 detects this state and transmits a detection signal to a system controller 4, which commands a cash dispenser 2a to mount the bank notes pooled in the reject box on a carrier 8a. After the system controller 4 confirms the completion of the mounting and that a carrier 8b does not travel on a transportation path 6, it issues a transportation command to a trasportatioin controller 5 and a containing command to a cash containing device 3. The transportation controller 5 transports the carrier 8a to a containing station 7c. By the activation of a robot arm, the transported bank notes are contained in a reject strongbox. |
