<p>PURPOSE:To provide a food capable of giving the characteristic taste and flavor of WASABI (Japanese horseradish) all the year round, by pickling the leaf and leafstalk of WASABI in soy. CONSTITUTION:Just collected, or frozen and thawed leaf or leafstalk of WASABI is cut to a proper length, pickled in a pickling liquid prepared from soy, MIRIN (a sweet SAKE used as seasoning), vinegar, broth, etc., and stored in a dark and cold place for several days.</p> |
