CONSTITUTION:When a switch 31F is closed, a relay coil 22F is excited through a trolley 12P to switch a contact 23F. At this time, a voltage V2 is applied to a diode bridge 28, and a motor 2a rotates normally at a speed corresponding to the voltage V2. When a switch 31R is closed, a relay coil 22R is excited, and a motor 2a is reversely rotated. At this time, a transistors 36 or 37 is turned ON by a voltage due to the impedance of a relay coil 22F or 22R and a transformer 21, a relay coil 41 is excited to detect the presence of a vehicle.
